The My Assistant package (SOS/Help Call and Roadside Assistance Call) is available for vehicles sold in France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, UK, Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Ireland, Greece, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Luxembourg.

My Car

Duration: My Car included for 5 years for those who register on the My Uconnect website. The duration is 10 years for vehicles delivered by 31/12/2019.

The My Car package is available for vehicles sold in France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, UK, Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Ireland, Greece, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Luxembourg.

My Remote

Duration: My Navigation included for 3 years for those who register on the My Uconnect website.

The My Navigation package is available for vehicles sold in France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, UK, Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Ireland, Greece, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Luxembourg.

The availability of services included in the My Navigation package varies depending on the country in which they are used. Live Traffic: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK. Live Speedcams: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (danger zones only), Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK. The My eCharge package is available for vehicles sold in France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, UK, Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Ireland, Greece, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, the Czech Republic, Slovakia , Hungary and Luxembourg.
The My eCharge package provides the possibility to use the My easy Charge services in France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, UK, Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Greece, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. The My easyWallbox and My connectedWallbox services are available in selected markets, based on the partner present in your country.

My Wi-Fi

Trial period and Renewals: My Wi-Fi by Ubigi offers a free 1 GB trial for 3 months, available until 31/12/2020 for vehicles purchased in Italy, France, Germany, UK or Spain. At the end of the trial period, the user can choose from different paid data plans.

The My Wi-Fi package is available for vehicles sold in France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, UK, Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Ireland, Greece, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Luxembourg.

The My Wi-Fi by Ubigi package offers data plans that can be used locally in the following countries: Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldavia, Montenegro, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom.


My Theft Assistance

Purchase and Renewals: My Theft Assistance is available, in selected countries, for purchase from the My Uconnect website with data packages valid for a year.

The My Theft Assistance package will then gradually be available for vehicles sold in Italy, France, Spain, Germany, UK, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, Ireland, Greece, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Luxembourg and Portugal.

My Assistant

SOS/Help Call - Using the My Uconnect mobile app, the radio display or the integrated SOS/Help button, you can contact the call center of the emergency service (24/7) which receives your last known GPS position (for calls from the vehicle) and vehicle identification number. An automatic call is generated in certain accident conditions.

Breakdown Assistance Call - Contact the call center directly to receive breakdown assistance using the My Uconnect mobile app, the radio display or the integrated SOS/Help button in the vehicle.

Customer Care* - Contact the call center with questions and doubts about your vehicle using the My Uconnect mobile app, the radio display or the integrated SOS/Help button. The position of the vehicle and its identification number will be provided.

Vehicle Health Reports* - Receive e-mails or notifications with the My Uconnect mobile app and the website, with information about vehicle health and maintenance tips.

In-Vehicle Notifications (basic)* - You can receive notifications directly on the radio screen, in case of recall campaigns or other important communications.


My Remote

Remote Operations - Interact and send commands to your vehicle, for example to block or unblock the doors or turn on the headlights, even when you’re not near it, using your smartwatch or the My Uconnect mobile app.

Vehicle finder - View the position of your vehicle on your smartphone or smartwatch, using the My Uconnect mobile app or website. You can also activate the pedestrian navigation function to reach the vehicle from your position.

Drive Alerts* - Keep control of your vehicle even when you’re not behind the wheel. Receive notifications on the My Uconnect mobile app or the website for the set parameters.

Eco Score* - Discover how the way you drive can reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions using the real-time data analysis visible on the vehicle display the My Uconnect mobile app and the smartwatch.

At-Home Digital Assistant - Improve your vehicle connectivity with the digital assistant. Obtain vehicle info, send destinations, search for points of interest (POIs) and interact with your vehicle using remote commands.

E-Control (available for hybrid/electric vehicles) - remotely manage your vehicle charging activities, monitor the battery level and set the climate control from the comfort of your smartphone.


My Car

Vehicle Info - Obtain real-time information on the fuel level (or battery charge level for electric vehicles), tire pressure, miles travelled and the duration of the oil in your vehicle. You can view this info from the My Uconnect mobile app or on the website.

Vehicle Health Alert* - Receive specific push notifications about the engine, oil, liquids, brakes, suspension, safety and lights, from the My Uconnect mobile app, from a smartwatch or on the website.

In-Vehicle Notifications* - You can receive notifications about predictive maintenance and assistance contracts.

My Navigation

Send & Go* - Using the My Uconnect mobile app, choose your destination and send it directly to your vehicle navigation system to set off towards the location you have chosen.

POI Search* - Easily search for points of interest (POIs) on the map of the My Uconnect mobile app and send them to the navigation system of your vehicle.

Live Traffic / Live Weather /Live Speedcams* - Receive notifications about traffic, weather and speed cameras directly to your radio, with updates on all the most important details for ensuring a hiccup-free trip.

Charging Station Finder (available for hybrid/electric vehicles) - Choose your nearest charging station from those on the map and reach it easily using your navigation system.

Residual Range Map - View on the map the destinations you can reach based on the residual range of your fuel tank or battery.

My eCharge

Find public charging stations on the My Uconnect app and access the following services:
My easy Charge - Easily access top-up features and payments at public charging stations, plus keep track of your top-up history.
My easyWallbox - Configure, monitor and set up the easyWallbox via Bluetooth, including functions such as Start and Stop, or simply delay the easyWallbox charging session.
My connectedWallbox - Configure, monitor and set up your private wallbox via Wi-Fi, including functions such as Start and Stop, or simply delay the charging session.

My Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi Hotspot - Having activated the service via the radio and registered on the Ubigi website (Ubigi.me selfcare), you and your passengers can connect up to 8 devices to browse the web easily and view films and music in streaming, making every trip more enjoyable.


My Theft Assistance

Theft Alarm Notification* - Receive notifications on the My Uconnect mobile app and on the website for every suspected attempted theft, such as unauthorised towing operations or other safety violations related to your vehicle.

Stolen Vehicle Assistance* - Contact the operating centre immediately if your vehicle has been stolen. Once the theft has been confirmed by reporting it to the authorities, the safety functions will be activated, including the monitoring of the vehicle upon the request of the authorities involved for the period of time needed for the inquiries.
